Based in the 70’s, its about two nice (sarcasm) guys who join hands to find out all about a series of murders that has been happening all over the city and they all seem related. These two so called nice guys are Russell Crowe (Jack) and Ryan Gosling (Holland). While Jack is a vasooli agent, Holland is a small time detective agent.
Holland has a daughter Holly (played by the super talented and beautiful Angourie Rice). Her relationship with father is super cute and her role in all the missions these 2 men go for, is substantial.
Its a short movie and starts pretty slow. But it picks up pace as we move along. The last 20 minutes is very fast paced.
The best part about the movie is that it never misses bringing a smile on our faces. Its full of one liners and acts that will make you giggle out loud. Every time Crowe and Gosling are on screen they are just too funny and the dialogues along with its delivery is perfect. Basically the chemistry is just too soothing.
I highly recommend you go for this one!
