Arrival Movie Review

The excitement was killing me! The fear of unknown. The sheer thrill of what’s next. The ever intriguing UFOs (unidentified flying objects). And the Alien obsessed Hollywood. What more could I have asked from the movie.

When aliens land up on earth at multiple places and obviously one of the UFO’s land up in Amreeka (well, where else!) thats when all hell broke loose and Amreekans decided to pick up Dr. Louise (the beautiful Amy Adams) a linguist, to talk to the Aliens to figure out their intent. Yes, you read it right, unlike all other movies where Hollywood get obsessed with fighting aliens here they wanted to talk (now you know why it excited me more).

The egg shaped UFOs open their doors regularly and thats when humans hop in. And then they start floating in no gravitation. Then they start talking to each other, in sign languages, humans try understanding these signs then explain what they are saying and asking. Crazy I tell you. But this was fun.

I loved the big revelation towards the end. I loved the house in which Dr. Louise lives. I loved the acting and I loved the entire movie.

I highly recommend you give it a dekkho. With a run time of 2 hours, you will not want to skip even a minute.

Go for it.
