1 Line Review: Neat thriller, lives upto the expectations.
For Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger fans Escape Plan is like a bonanza with both of them working together planning and executing an escape from an isolated prison.
Sylvester Stallone is a jail breaking specialist, well literally, who runs a security firm and his job is to go into prisons across the country as a convicts and then learn the set up, understand the guards behaviours, learn the security network and plan an escape. And eventually come out of these so called highly secure prisons, this is do to showcase the loopholes in such jails.
One fine day he gets an offer to get into a very secure jail but at an undisclosed location where even his associates and team members would not know where he is. There would be no paper work but only money. He grabs the offer only to realize that he has been fooled.
In the jail he meets an inmate Arnold Schwarzenegger who helps him in planning this escape.
Mind you this jail is technologically advanced and every prison cell is a elevated from the ground and made of glass! How the escape is planned and executed is something to look forward to. Gets very interesting every minute.
Acting has been neat but the thrill is what will excite you. Also the use of prison items that becomes weapons for escape is interesting. Watch out how they figure out the direction by making a compass from spectacles and pen etc.
Nice one time watch.
