Vodafone is all set to launch the most awaited and the cheapest mobile phone in India. The Rs. 700 phone.
It is supposed to have all the basic features including alarm, calculator, a torch and guess what an USB connector!The best feature of this phone is its battery life – whooping 400 hours of stand by and 5 hours of talktime. what a phone I say 🙂
Am sure this will be a major HIT in the rural market. Recently Micromax also surged into the top league as it became the 3rd largest player (with 6% market share) in India only after Nokia and Samsung. The other new comers – Karbonn, Maxx and Videocon are are fast catching up.
Looks like the new comers are giving Nokia, Samsung and LG a run for their money! I wonder where is HTC in this race? I bought a HTC Tytn in 2008 and I desperately need a change – was wondering if its gonna be Micromax or should I wait for this Vodafone Phone 🙂
