Dear Servicing Team,
This is regarding my Honda City Car which I bought from Magnum Honda, Kanakpura road on 25th October 2010. Since the day I bought, it has been giving a strange noise from the right side door (or could be right side dashboard also), but since initially it sounded like a screw left inside somewhere, I did not bother much and I reported it on the 1st servicing itself saying this has been the case from day 1 (please check your records you will see my complaint), the car was handed over to me after the 1st service saying all things have been fixed.
Nothing was fixed! Alarming it was for me. The sound/noise was still there….I reported it when the customer service lady called to check for my satisfaction level after the servicing. Mr. Jayachandra said he will come and inspect, he never turned up!
This was repeated in the 2nd service, then reported it on the post service phone call. Nothing happened.
This was repeated in the 3rd service, same thing – the car was handed over to me saying things have been fixed, nothing was fixed. then reported it on the post service phone call. Mr. Linto said he will send another engineer to inspect, then if need be will take the car back to fix the issue.
Check all my servicing forms, you will see I have mentioned it EVERYTIME!
After a few days, 1 person came, he did some knocking here and there and we did a lot of test rides, sound was prominent, he said will send the driver next week to take the car back to fix the problem for once for all.
Inbetween Mr. Ashwin/Ashwini also spoke to me saying issues will be sorted out. (no respite)
After a week it was taken back to servicing center, they kept the car for TWO DAYS and sent it back saying all has been fixed, nothing was!
NONE of the employees could solve the problem, I wonder what is happening?
Can you be more patient than me?
Now you are reacting when I wrote stuff on your facebook page wall? Otherwise was it not alarming enough to react? Do you guys even inspect the car for the problem the customer reports? Or your engineers are NOT skilled enough to find the problem, if so then call the best guys from HONDA, the company is the best in the world for manufacturing cars, am sure the servicing also should be the best in the world? No?
It’s going to be an year and and I am still waiting for a small issue to be rectified!! This is the last chance an giving to Magnum Honda!
