1 Line Review: Let there be no Taken4.

When I saw Taken (the first one) I was thrilled. Then I saw Taken2 and I remember I reviewed Taken2 as my first Taken review (You can read it here) and I was way too thrilled.

Before the release of Taken 3, I was warned by our humble internet reviewers that Taken3 is just getting too much. Rightly the movie poster has a punch line, it ends here. It bloody well end here as Mr. Mills is getting old and it looks like he himself is getting fed up of folks ‘taking’ his family members. Kim (Mr. Mills daughter, who was taken in the first movie) herself is looking less cute-er as compared to the previous appearances. BTW, in this one his wife is killed and he is framed.

The problem with Taken3 is that viewers had a lot of expectations as after Taken2, it was loosing out the steam. Least the story line and the direction could have been kept more exciting and less predictable. There were no real thrilling moments in the movie. Well, even the moments where we said wow in the first 2 movies where Mr. Mills does some intelligent stuff, was also lacking in this.

Mr. Dotzler (the cop) looks like some sorry character in the movie and does not provide any masala to spice up the story, he was funny at times. Thats all.

All in all I would suggest you go watch Taken and Taken 2 and let this one pass.
