4 Easy Ways to Not Fall Sick This Fall Season

This month has been a casualty month at Bangalore, the most number of sick employees that the corporates have witnessed in a single month. Season to be blamed of course but all of us need to be fit enough to take sickness head-on. Our immunity needs to increase. Do not take the fall season literally, like, this fall season I would surely ‘fall’ sick! 🙂 

I would like to make few suggestions if followed would help you stay healthy all year long. 

1. Exercise – This is the first and foremost important thing that you need to fit into your daily schedule. Mornings are always better but you be the best judge of your schedule. A few years back I wrote a blog on how to trick your brain for regular exercise, do read it here

Also, exercise gives a visual of a gym, we all know how we have subscribed to annual gym memberships but went only for a few days. I would rather request you to go for a brisk walk or run while walking, guess what – there is no membership fees requirement for walking!! 

2. Get Sunlight – Many of us work all day indoors and then go back home post sundown, and lets not bluff ourselves all weekend we either sleep or would love to sleep! 🙂 When do you think do you actually get some sun for your body? If you are still thinking, go to point 1. 

3. Eat well and Eat right – At a young age we really do not give a damn about our eating habits, we skip breakfast, eat random food for lunch and then at dinner we hog. Totally unhealthy lifestyle. The damages done in the young age only shows up in your early 30’s (when you feel like being in the 40’s). Consult, research and eat well and eat right. This will help you a lot to stay immune when the ‘fall’ season comes! 🙂 

4. Discipline and Responsibility – Last but not the least, have discipline in life. You are a professional and company needs your productivity to be at 100% to ensure both parties grow together. Unless you are healthy this is a distant dream. Trust me, the more healthy you are, the more fresh you feel and better you perform at work. Personally, nothing gives me more pleasure than appreciation in the professional life as well as personal. 

Thats it. Even you follow just point 1, you will see a lot of betterment in your day.
