It is MESMERISING, to say the least.
I suggest every Indian should watch a live show at Kingdom of Dreams. You must. It is that enthralling, yes it is!
There are 2 kinds of show – Musical comedy – Jhumroo and other a dance extravaganza – Zangoora. I saw Jhumroo on 15th June 2014, 2 pm show. Ticket price Rs.2000. The show was for 2 hours and 45 minutes including a 20 minutes break. The ticket prices start from Rs. 1000 and goes upto Rs. 5000. You can plan your visit in advance to grab the Rs.1000 ticket, but they would be the back seats. In my opinion you will still be left breathless! 🙂
The current show of Jhumroo is about how a young fan of Kishore Kumar tries to get his love of life and competes in an Singing Reality Show. With the help of Kishore Da himself! Yes, Voice of Kishore Da is an integral part of the show.

Now the reasons why you should watch it.
- Precision in acting, audio, lights, visuals, graphics – perfection will blow your mind. From the very first act.
- The number of times, the sets change and in those many seconds. Yes, seconds!
- Those big beautiful props used – Ati sundar.
- The most technologically advanced stage you would ever see in India.
- Stage + two 70mm (like a movie theatre) on your sides. Yes, the screens on the side have a lot of part to play in this approx. 3 hour extravaganza.
- During the break, the food and drinks counter actually has alcoholic drinks and you are allowed to take your drinks (along with food items) inside the auditorium.
- Actors with perfection, at times I felt am watching a movie with the best actors in it.
- Excellent use of the whole auditorium. You might see people flying!
- Am still counting the number of acts, actors and the dancers. How the hell did they even manage to co-ordinate with such perfection, that too on a live show?
- You may never sit in the audience at a Nach Baliye or a Jhalak Dikhla Ja kind of reality dance shows but you can very well experience the same (I felt, this is much better than siting in one of those shows) here.
I highly recommend you do pay a visit.
